November 2024
Message from the CEO
Dear ATS Community,
As we gather to commemorate Native American Heritage Month this November, I want to take a moment to reflect on the rich history and profound significance this month holds. It is an opportunity for all of us to recognize the diverse cultures, traditions, and contributions of Native Americans throughout our nation's history. The stories of resilience and strength woven into the fabric of our society are a testament to the enduring spirit of our country's Indigenous people.
At ATS+Partners, we believe in fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is valued. By acknowledging the challenges faced by Native Americans and honoring their heritage, we can contribute to a more equitable future for all. It is imperative that we not only celebrate the achievements of Native Americans but also commit ourselves to advocating for their rights and preserving their rich cultural legacies.
Together, we can honor the past while paving the way for a more inclusive and just society. I encourage each of you to explore the traditions and histories that have shaped Native American identity and to stand in solidarity with Indigenous communities. Let us be inspired by their resilience and vision, and let that inspiration guide our actions today and every day.
Enjoy,
Aquila Leon-Soon

CEO on the Go!
ATS+Partners CEO and Founder, Aquila Leon-Soon, had the opportunity to join the 2024 NMSDC Annual Conference & Exchange and MBDA National MED Week in Atlanta last October. This event marked a significant step in our commitment to closing the equity gap and establishing new standards for minority business enterprises (MBEs).
Aquila's participation allowed ATS+Partners to connect with other MBEs, share our experiences, and collectively shape the future of inclusivity and prosperity. Through meaningful conversations and networking with like-minded individuals, we reinforced our dedication to advocating for equity in business.
The event served as a powerful reminder of the importance of actively participating in shaping the future. It’s not just about having a seat at the table; it’s about pulling up a chair, sharing our vision, and working together toward a common goal. ATS+Partners is proud to be at the forefront of this movement, and we invite you to join us in continuing this journey.
