How We Began

In 2013, our Founder & Chief Executive Officer - Aquila Leon-Soon, had a vision - build a company that created access to opportunities for all. Seeing how the inequities of having access to a quality education and workforce training opportunities can disproportionately impact underrepresented professionals, ATS+Partners was born. Over the next decade, ATS has worked with organizations from West to East Coast and beyond.
