State Gov’t Contract #: C013714 (Funded via NYS Education Department): ATS worked as a subcontractor to the prime contractor, Fordham University under a 5-year contract which provided people engagement and marketing services to its NYC Community Schools; Renewed in 2023 for an additional five years.

City Gov’t Contract #N/A: ATS was contracted to design and deliver three (3) virtual and one (1) in-person workshops for members of the Hispanic Federation, a coalition of Latino nonprofits located in 46 states. ATS delivered two (2) virtual hybrid workforce training sessions to over 100 Latino-serving nonprofit leaders and executives from across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Surveys were conducted and analyzed by the ATS team to enhance future workshops.

Federal Gov’t Contract #12314423F0211: ATS worked as a subcontractor to the prime contractor, Windsor Group LLC, under a $30+ million dollar award from U.S. Department of Agriculture to conduct outreach and awareness of the Discrimination Assistance Financial Assistance Program (“DFAP”) to farmers, ranchers and other members of the agriculture community who might be eligible across seven states including Massachusetts, Vermont, New York, Rhode Island, and New Jersey.

City Gov’t Contract: #16126BCC (Funded via U.S. HUD CDBG): ATS worked as a subcontractor on the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs project - Managed the development and delivered community engagement initiatives, including designed customized training and 1-on-1 coaching programs based on assessments, interviews, and independent data to approximately 40 senior arts and cultural non-profit leaders; designed and facilitated a 100+ person visioning session to develop a three-year community strategic plan.

City Gov’t Contract: #(N/A) (Funded by NYCDOE & NYS Department of Labor): ATS worked as a prime contractor for the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation to manage the design and implementation of a U.S.-based STEAM-focused career & technical school and developed an industry advisory board (with partners: Microsoft, Infor, WeWork, etc.).

City Gov’t Contract #PO: ATS worked as a prime contractor for the NYC Department of Design & Construction to design and facilitate four (4) virtual employee training sessions for groups ranging from 15 to 40 DDC supervisors and field staff. Based on the Assistant Commissioner’s employee development goals, our team designed a training series aligned with the agency’s organizational goals and desired learning objectives. ATS designed curated training guides and reading materials, facilitated group discussions, and led group learning exercises.
