Founded in 2013, ATS+Partners began as a human capital consulting firm — helping organizations build stronger teams, develop their people, and close workforce gaps through targeted training and advisory services. From the start, technology was woven into everything we did.

Over the past decade, that foundation evolved. As AI and digital transformation reshaped how organizations operate, we expanded our capabilities to meet clients where they needed us most — adding managed IT infrastructure, AI strategy, and technology talent solutions to a practice already grounded in organizational development and workforce expertise.
