From Debbie Lister, Associate Partner: In 2024, ATS+Partners established a partnership with Adams State University through our E&I collaboration, successfully placing Florencio Urias Aranda III, Ph.D., as the Executive Equity Officer (EEO).
The search for this inaugural role involved a thorough and tailored approach to identify candidates who not only met the qualifications but also aligned with the institution's values and vision. Adams State University had the opportunity to connect with a truly diverse group of candidates. Our customized approach included comprehensive candidate sourcing, clear communication, and an inclusive interview process, which laid the groundwork for building a strong and diverse leadership team. We look forward to hearing exciting updates from Adams State and continuing our work in assisting organizations in navigating the complexities of executive hiring.
From Kim Alcantara, Marketing Manager: 2024 has been a groundbreaking year for ATS+Partners and Fordham University. ATS+Partners has supported:
37 virtual and in-person events hosted by the New York State Professional Development Resource Center (PDRC) for Religious and Independent Schools
5 events organized by the New York State Community Schools Technical Assistance Centers (CSTAC) for New York City
11 events conducted by the NYS CSTAC for the Eastern Region
This year, ATS+Partners began supporting the NYS CSTAC for the Eastern Region and played a crucial role in assisting the NYS PDRC team as they expanded their service coverage from New York City to the entire state of New York. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the trust placed in us by the team at Fordham University. Here's to an even more successful 2025!
CEO on the Go!
On December 4-5, the Black Healthcare & Innovation Summit (BHIS), hosted by the Leverage Network, brought together Black founders, entrepreneurs, healthcare executives, and funders to discuss equitable healthcare access. The event featured keynote speakers who are innovators in healthcare and included panels on accessibility, digital health, and community-led solutions.
Our CEO and Founder, Aquila Leon-Soon, attended the summit and engaged with fellow members of EY's Entrepreneur Access Network. The summit provided valuable insights into innovative approaches to accessibility, advancements in digital health, and the importance of community-led solutions.
Attendees left feeling inspired and equipped with actionable strategies to drive change within their organizations. We are proud of Aquila's participation and look forward to continuing our efforts to promote equitable healthcare access.
