Message from the CEO

Dear ATS Community,

As we observe World Autism Day on April 2nd, let us remember that this day is an opportunity to affirm and promote the full realization of human rights and fundamental freedoms for autistic people.

At ATS+Partners, we are deeply committed to sustainability and believe that working with mission-driven organizations is key to bringing the lived experiences of neurodiverse populations to life. Let us continue to work together to support these causes, and to create a world where everyone is valued and respected.

“There should be no discrimination against languages people speak, skin color, or religion.”

― Malala Yousafzai.

Companies are increasingly recognizing the importance of promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace to maximize productivity and unlock the full potential of their workforce. Lately, there has been a growing interest in embracing neurodiversity. This raises questions about creating a more accepting and understanding work environment for all employees, and how management can promote a workplace inclusive of those with diverse neurological needs.

Helpful resources of the month

In last month's newsletter, we highlighted the importance of the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and we will continue to find more opportunities to strive for a more inclusive workplace for our team and our clients.

Our team at ATS+Partners can help if you have any questions or need specific guidance. Just reach out to us today at info@atspartners.org. We want to make it easy for you to make a difference.
