Message from the CEO

Dear ATS Community,

As we celebrate World Autism Awareness Day on April 2nd, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude for the strides we have made in fostering an inclusive environment. This day is a powerful reminder of our commitment to creating opportunities for everyone, regardless of their abilities. It is a call to action for us to continue championing diversity and inclusion in all aspects of our work.

Our journey towards inclusivity is not just about meeting goals; it is about embracing the unique strengths and perspectives that each individual brings to our organization. By providing more inclusive opportunities, we not only enrich our workplace but also set a standard for others to follow. Let us continue to lead with empathy, understanding, and a relentless drive to make a difference.

Together, we can create a world where everyone has the chance to thrive. Thank you for your dedication and support in making ATS+Partners a beacon of inclusivity and excellence.

Enjoy,

Aquila Leon-Soon

CEO on the Go!

Aquila Leon-Soon, CEO and Founder of ATS+Partners in Melbourne, Australia

In March 2025, our CEO and Founder, Aquila Leon-Soon, participated in a trade mission trip organized by the NYS Empire State Development Agency to Melbourne, Australia. The goal of the trade mission is to assist businesses looking to expand into Australia and the Asia Pacific region. This included meetings with representatives from Swinburne University of Technology and the Australian Government. We express our gratitude to everyone who contributed to making this happen!
