February 2025

Message from the CEO
Dear ATS Community,
As we celebrate Black History Month this February, I am proud to highlight ATS+Partners' unwavering commitment to advocating for Black-owned businesses. We strive to create opportunities and foster growth within the Black entrepreneurial community through strategic partnerships and various initiatives. Our efforts are not just about business; they are about building a legacy of empowerment and resilience that echoes the rich history of Black entrepreneurship.
Supporting Black-owned businesses is a powerful way to contribute to economic equity and social justice. I encourage everyone to actively choose to buy from Black-owned businesses, promote their services, and offer mentorship. Simple actions like sharing their stories on social media, providing constructive feedback, and connecting them with potential clients can make a significant difference. Resources such as the Official Black Wall Street and WeBuyBlack directories can help you discover and support these businesses.
Historically, Black entrepreneurs like Madam C.J. Walker and contemporary leaders like Daymond John have shown the profound impact of Black entrepreneurship on society. Their contributions have not only driven economic growth but also inspired countless individuals to pursue their dreams despite systemic barriers.
By supporting Black-owned businesses, we honor their legacy and help prepare future generations of innovators and leaders.
Enjoy,
Aquila Leon-Soon
