MONITORING & RECALIBRATION
In alignment with the implementation phase, ATS starts to review the preliminary project data to identify areas for recalibrating project work, timelines, and efforts. This process usually begins 30 days after implementation has started. ATS will evaluate weekly, monthly, and quarterly results aligned to project goals and objectives and share results with the client team for feedback.
ATS will conduct meetings with the client’s team to finalize the project roadmap of tasks, activities, and benchmarks as well as establish expectations, requirements, and goals. This stage is very critical to the overall success of the project as it creates the foundation for the project’s work.
ATS will spearhead implementation activities in parallel with the roll-out of a strategic communications plan. The purpose of the communications plan is to ensure that key internal and external stakeholders are informed of the project’s long-term objectives, successes, and available resources. In addition, the implementation processes are aimed at improving operational effectiveness in the areas of communication, project management, and employee development data capture/tracking/management.
The team will analyze the client’s current operations and final data reports and planning documents. ATS will complete a comprehensive analysis of the organizational procedures, policies, department roles, current pathways, and resources supporting the leadership development strategy. This work will include multiple stakeholders, workflows, and offices to fully understand and expose the operational and communication gaps that might prevent barriers to employees’ full participation.
The ATS team will develop a blueprint project plan and project recommendations to successfully operationalize the organization’s current objective. The team will flag opportunities to support buy-in and manage the emotional response to change as necessary.
