Message from the CEO

Dear ATS Community,

This June, we are celebrating Pride Month and observing Juneteenth. Both are important topics that commemorate the struggles of the LGBTQ+ and the Black and African-American communities.

As an organization powered by our diverse teams globally, ATS+Partners recognizes the importance of showing support for what truly matters most to us - our employees. As a certified Minority & Woman-owned firm, the core of ATS+Partners’ work is to connect diverse professionals, especially Black, LGBTQIA+, and other underrepresented minorities, to opportunities within organizations that seek to bring diversity and inclusion to the forefront of employee belonging and engagement experience. Learn more about Our Commitment here.

“If I wait for someone else to validate my existence, it will mean that I’m shortchanging myself.”

― Zanele Muholi

ATS+Partners is dedicated to giving back by volunteering in local communities. As a global team, we aim to encourage each team member to volunteer for at least 1 to 2 paid days at their favorite charity. Furthermore, we are committed to supporting our foundation and nonprofit partners through financial and in-kind donations. ATS pledges up to $1,500 per year to our chosen charitable partners.

There are numerous ways to show support for the LGBTQ+ and Black communities throughout June. If you are interested in creating a program where employees are engaged to support organizations and causes close to their passion and interests, consider collaborating with our team today.

We would like to express our gratitude to the Equitable Facilities Fund, Diverse Charter Schools Coalition, BLACC, and many others for their generous sponsorship of this fantastic event. We eagerly anticipate the next one.

Connect with Aquila today! She is ready to meet you over coffee (or tea) when possible. Be sure to look for upcoming events where our CEO might be.
